EuropeFX, as a CySEC regulated broker, operates within the EEA zone. However, as per our review, there are a couple of suspicious things related to this broker.
First of all, after Brexit, all the companies that wanted to provide financial services to the UK residents needed to opt for the FCA regulation. EuropeFX didn’t do it and kept working with the UK clients. It resulted in the FCA blacklisting this brokerage. So, if you are a UK resident, know that EuropeFX is banned there.
Also, despite CySEC regulation, this same authority fined EuropeFX several times. Last year, the broker was fined $370,000 for not complying with regulation requirements. After you’ve seen a EuropeFX ad and signed up, you are receiving a call from their employees. These employees are pursuing you in joining the company. Most likely, you will see some profits quickly so that the broker can earn your trust. You’ll be prompted to add more funds to your trading account, but after you saw the results, you think it’s worth it. You’ll be asked to deposit more and more till the moment you understand it’s all a scheme, or you stay with no money. After that, your account will be suspended, and you won’t hear of the company again.

As already mentioned, the broker has been blacklisted by the FCA for providing financial services without the FCA regulation. As a result, the FCA published an official warning, informing citizens that the broker’s status is “Cancelled” and you should not proceed with further operations in regards to EuropeFX.
