Reports on Diamond Grading by GSI

There is a wide range of reports you can receive on each diamond. Among all the specifications you might need, such as the weight, shape, color, or various measurements of the stone, you can choose any format of the Diamond Grading Report to suit you most. There are four types of reports based on the amount of information included about a diamond:

1.  Full report. This is the most extensive format that includes all possible data about the stone, such as its dimensions, clarity, color, proportions, etc.
2.  Intermediate report. This type includes almost all the available specifications. The main difference is that this report comes in a smaller and more convenient size.
3.  Special report. This format is even smaller and more portable. Such reports include weights, colors, sizes, shapes, and some other specifications. They also come with a picture of the diamond.
4.  Modified report. This last report comes in the shape and size of a credit card. The most important data is written on it.

There is also a separate examination designed specifically for colored stones. It is similar to those that come with a Full Report.
