Matthew Roche
Matthew is currently the Co-CEO and Founder of BO.LT, the radical new Page Sharing Service. He has started and run internet marketing software companies with his brother, James Roche, since 1997, and was among the first to recognize and address landing page optimization as a critical element in online media.
Matthew was a founder and the CEO of Offermatica, a landing page optimization and testing infrastructure company. Acquired by Omniture in 2007, it is now known as Adobe Test and Target and serves billions of optimized experiences every week. In 1996 he co-founded Fort Point Partners, an e-commerce systems integrator responsible for building Egghead.com, the first web site to sell $1,000,000 in one day, as well as Bestbuy.com, Nike.com, and others.
Matthew is a graduate of Yale University and has served on the boards of Envision Schools, a Charter School and Habitat for Humanity.

Evangelos Simoudis is the Board Director of eXelate.
He joined Trident Capital in 2005 as a Venture Partner and has been a Managing Director since 2007. Evangelos focuses on investments in Internet and Enterprise Software businesses.
Prior to Trident, Evangelos spent 5 years as a partner at Apax Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm where he invested and served on the boards of early and mid-stage IT companies. At Apax he also chaired the firms IT advisory board.
Prior to entering venture capital, Evangelos had more than 20 years experience in high-technology industries, in executive roles spanning operations, marketing, sales and engineering. His experience as a technology executive includes serving as President and CEO of Customer Analytics, a Trident-backed, eCRM company acquired by Xchange, Inc. He was previously Vice President/GM at Extole, where he spearheaded growth and expansion in North America. Before Extole he was Vice President at leading social media platform company Brickfish, and drove growth and revenue with major marketers and agencies. He was Vice President of Sales & Business development for North America at MediaMind, one of the first rich media ad serving firms and the leading global provider of on-line advertising solutions to major agencies, publishers and advertisers.

Jim Barnett
Jim Barnett is a serial CEO, entreprenuer and investor.
Jim is a partner at Shasta Ventures and chairman and co-founder of Turn Inc., the leading platform for managing digital advertising, chairman of Extole Inc. and Sojern Inc.., and a board member and investor in RelayRides and Needle. From October 2004 until October 2009, Jim was CEO, Chairman and co-founder of Turn and before that was President of Overture Search, a division of Overture Services, Inc. Jim joined Overture via its acquisition of AltaVista Company, where he was President and CEO.
Jim was also President of Ancestry.com (MyFamily.com) and President and CEO of ThirdAge Media, which was acquired by Ancestry.com. Prior to that, Jim was President and CEO of Infogrammes North America, a leading global publisher of video games and entertainment software. Greg Brown is the Board Director of Cisco.
Greg, 52, is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Motorola Solutions, Inc.
He joined Motorola in January 2003 and was elected to the company’s board of directors in 2007. He became CEO of Motorola in January 2008 and led the successful spin-off of the consumer-focused Motorola Mobility in 2011.
Prior to joining Motorola, he was Chairman and CEO of Micromuse Inc. from 1999 to 2003.
Brown serves as deputy chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and recently was named by the Business Roundtable to lead a select CEO committee on comprehensive immigration reform. He also is a member of the Cisco Board of Directors, The Business Council and Technology CEO Council.

Peter Hershberg is an entrepreneur, company advisor, and active angel investor, who has successfully founded, funded, and exited several start-ups over nearly twenty years in online advertising and technology.
Peter Co-Founded leading search and social media marketing firm, Reprise Media, in February, 2003 and served as Co-Chief Executive Officer until December, 2009.
From April, 1999 to February, 2002, Peter served as the Vice President of Strategic Development at Ask.com.
