Michele Turner is an experience mobile and web product and marketing executive. Currently Chief Marketing Officer at mBlox, a leading global provider of mobile communications and payments infrastructure, Turner is responsible for product strategy and management, product and corporate marketing, and carrier relations.
As vice president of the Platform Business Unit at Adobe Systems, Turner
was responsible for product management, product marketing, and developer
relations for Adobe Flash Player, Adobe Flex, ColdFusion and Adobe AIR.
The Platform Business Unit is charged with advancing the company’s rich
Internet application (RIA) technology platform for the creation and
delivery of engaging applications and content to across desktops,
operating systems and devices.
Turner has more than 20 years of experience in high-tech product
marketing, product development and business management.

Matthew Chagan joined Trident Capital in 2007 and is a Principal focusing on investments in Software, Mobility and Adtech. Matthew is currently on the board of directors of mBlox and has served or is presently serving as a board observer at Appia, AccountNow, Bytemobile and Merchant e-Solutions.
In addition, he was actively involved with Tridents investments in Brightroll, 2Checkout, Sojern and Teladoc.
Prior to Trident, Matthew was a Vice President at SVB Alliant, the investment banking arm of Silicon Valley Bank. At Alliant, he worked on a variety of transactions in the software, communications and Internet sectors.
Earlier in his career, Matthew was the Director of Finance at SOMA Networks, a wireless broadband systems company focused on selling hardware, software and services to telecom carriers. Before joining SOMA, he worked as an Associate in the Technology Investment Banking Group of Banc of America Securities.

Rory has been an investor at Scale or its predecessor funds since 1993. He has invested across the board in software and internet companies, but with a particular focus on software companies benefiting from the move to software as a service and the wider transition of enterprise computing to the cloud. Currently he sits on the boards of Arena Solutions, Axcient, Boundary, Box, DocuSign, ExactTarget, Hubspan, Livescribe, Lumension Security, and Vantage Media.
Prior successful investments include IPOs such as Omniture (subsequently acquired by Adobe for $1.8 billion), Connect and NetGenesis (subsequently acquired by SPSS). Acquisitions include ScanSafe (Acq: Cisco), Frontbridge (Acq: Microsoft), Zone Labs (Acq: Checkpoint), Placeware (Acq: Microsoft), OuterBay (Acq: HP) among others. The automation of marketing in the internet era has been a theme of his investments from NetGenesis in the 1990?s, to Omniture in 2005, and ExactTarget today.

Robert has nine years of operational experience in various roles, from engineering to marketing and product management. Before joining NVP, he was at Silicon Graphics.
Gary has over 35 years of broad operating experience in wireless, software, engineering, operations, sales and marketing. Gary currently serves as Chairman of mBlox and Openet Telecom Ltd. mBlox, based in London, is a service bureau startup for SMS messages in wireless space. Openet Telecom Ltd., based in Dublin, Ireland, is a venture backed software company providing IP mediation to leading telcos globally.
Most recently, Gary was CEO of ATG, a CLEC based in California. Prior to ATG, Gary was CEO of LHS group (Nasdaq: LHSG), a telco billing software supplier. LHS was acquired by Sema, a French software company, in Q3, 2000 for $6.8BB. Gary was also COO of Omnipoint, a PCS mobile wireless carrier. Garys other experiences include VP of Airtouch Europe & Asia and President of Airtouch Paging. Gary started his career with 27+ years at Pacific Tel in Operations, Engineering, Customer Service and Sales & Marketing, ending his tenure there as VP / General Manager.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and holds degrees from INSEAD and the London School of Economics.
