Bob Pettigrew has more than 30 years experience in the development of emerging businesses. In 1986 he co-founded Generics (aka Sagentia Plc) and was key member of the team that took the company public in December 2000.
He is an investor director on the board of a number of technology companies including Odos Ltd., Nightingale-EOS Ltd. and Sunamp Ltd. He was Chairman of Voxar Ltd and managed its $50m trade sale in Sept 2004 and served previously as NXD with Oxonica, Sphere Medical Plc., Zinwave Ltd., and Digital Health Care Ltd.
He is a member of the advisory board of Ascendant Corporate Finance as well as being a non executive board member of British Small Companies VCT2 Plc.
At the age of 17, Jean-Franois cofounded a 10 employee painting company. He managed it from 2002 to 2006 during his studies. After working two years as a financial analyst at Groupe Lacasse, he joined in 2008 the TV production company Sphere Media where he acted as the controller of the international sub company.
Specialized in management accounting and business analysis, Jean-Francois joined Tribal Nova in March 2010 as Finance Director. During the following two years he orchestrated the finance department restructuration and helped the company achieve profitability for its first time. Prior to his departure, he coordinated an important and successful financing round for the company.
