BookingBug is a real-time distributed booking and reservation system for businesses.
BookingBug is a flexible online platform that sits at the heart of a service business, running services, classes, events, bookings, CRM, customer engagement, payments and invoices.
BookingBug is fast becoming part of internet infrastructure. As online engagement becomes increasingly vital to a service business, they require a full-service platform that is the online window to their customers, just as e-Commerce platforms are for product businesses.
BookingBug also allows a business to capitalise on daily deals through providers such as Groupon by enabling them to take online redemptions, collect customer data, manage their capacity and track attribution.
BookingBug is a SAAS site for service businesses to manage and take appointments and bookings online.
In a similar way to restaurant and hotel systems, BookingBug helps small service businesses manage transactions from customers online: managing hours/minutes, days, weeks, events, classes, courses, members, discounts, and desposits or payments.
BookingBug helps a business reach its customers by enabling it to feed up-to-date information about its services and availability to where its clients will be looking via embedded customizable widgets that can be placed in any website.
