In his eight years with AT&T, he held a variety of financial, sales and operations roles, including Chief Financial Officer of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, in which he restructured AT&T’s portfolio of investments and joint ventures in the region.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, and was a pioneer in delivering free Internet access to users worldwide. Michael co-founded and served on the board of directors for Address.com, a leading free email and Internet access service which reached more than 3.5 million users (acquired by WhitePages).
Michael also co-founded Spinway Inc. (acquired by Kmart Corporation), the fastest growing Internet Service Provider (ISP) in history, reaching eight million customers in just eight months. In addition, Michael co-founded Affinity Path, a private-label ISP which powered and supported thousands of ISPs throughout North America.
William “BJ” Jenkins, a 16-year IT industry veteran, serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member, of Barracuda Networks. Previously, he served as President of EMCs Backup Recovery Systems (BRS) Division.
Jenkins joined EMC in 1998 and held a wide range of EMC senior leadership roles before becoming President of the BRS Division, including serving as Chief of Staff for the division, where he led the highly successful post-merger integration of Data Domain as the foundation for the newly formed division.
Under his leadership, the BRS Division contributed significantly to EMCs growth. Over the years, he also held the positions of Senior Vice President of Global Marketing; Vice President of Telecom, Media and Entertainment and Outsourcing Sales; Vice President of Global Field Marketing and Director of Operations Global Channels.
Jenkins is a graduate of the University of Illinois and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Rod Mathews serves as Vice President of Business Development for Barracuda Networks, where he is responsible for the initiation and nurturing of new strategic technology partnerships, alliances and investments.
Prior to joining Barracuda, he served as Senior Director of Business Development for the Backup Recovery Systems division at EMC, where he led strategic initiatives and acquisition activities.
Previously, Mathews led business development for Data Domain, prior to its acquisition by EMC, where he was responsible for leveraging alliances into revenue growth and for developing new routes to market in multiple geographies worldwide.
Mathews has 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry, spanning product management, product marketing, engineering operations and investor relations positions held at leading companies including Network Appliance, Brocade Communications Systems, Enfish Technology, CyberMedia, and Quarterdeck.
As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Barracuda, Michael Hughes is responsible for the strategy, direction and execution of global sales and sales operations for the companys diverse product portfolio.
In his four years within this role, he has successfully grown revenue rapidly across multiple product lines. During his tenure, he built Enterprise, Channel, Commercial and Specialist Sales teams, and helped build a culture of execution and accountability.
He previously served as Barracudas Vice President of EMEA Sales, where he aggressively increased sales to enterprise businesses, implemented an enhanced tiered channel program and rapidly grew revenue for the region.

Blair Hankins serves as VP Engineering at Barracuda Networks, where he is responsible for the Hardware, Platform, Common Technology, and Tools to enable Barracudas full security and storage product line.
Hankins brings more than 20 years of experience in software development, technical product management and marketing to this role.
Prior to joining Barracuda, he served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Intellisync (acquired by Nokia), responsible for delivering wireless messaging products that offered the best possible user experience to mobile professionals.
Prior to Intellisync, he was the Vice President of Engineering for Witness Systems Inc., a leading provider of workforce optimization software for call centers. As an executive at IBM, he was responsible for the market planning, business strategy, and go-to-market strategy for IBM’s portfolio of messaging products including Notes, Domino, iNotes, and the Lotus mobile and wireless product offerings.
Debra E. Hoffman serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Barracuda Networks.
In this role, she is responsible for global human resources operations, including talent acquisition and management, compensation and equity, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Prior to joining Barracuda, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources for EMC’s Backup Recovery Systems (BRS) Division, where she led a team of 26 human resources professionals and oversaw recruiting efforts for BRS on a global basis, resulting in over 1000 new hires in both 2011 and 2012.
Hoffman joined EMC following the 2009 acquisition of Data Domain, where she served as Director of Human Resources as the company grew from 450 to 900 employees.
Prior to that, she held a variety of sales and human resources leadership positions with Xilinx Corporation, Intel and Wyse. Hoffman earned her bachelor of science degree inOrganizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
Dr. Paul Judge is a serial entrepreneur. He currently serves as Chief Research Officer at Barracuda Networks. He has served as CTO at Purewire, CipherTrust and Secure Computing. Dr. Judge awards include InfoWorld Top 25 CTOs and MIT Technology Review Magazine’s 100 Top Innovators under 35. Dr. Judge has 20 patents and a Ph.D. from Georgia Tech.
Zachary Levow is a pioneer in mail server development, remote access, and the free Internet space.
As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Barracuda Networks, he leads the innovation and development of Barracudas security and storage solutions.
Prior to Barracuda, Levow was Co-founder and Vice President of Engineering for Affinity Path, a self-service, private label and profitable DSL/dial-up ISP with more than 4,000 partners.
Prior to Affinity Path, he was Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Spinway Inc., the fastest growing ISP in history, reaching eight million customers in just eight months (acquired by Kmart Corporation).
During his tenure at Spinway, Levow was the lead developer of the Spinway architecture, one of the world’s largest client server applications at that time.
Marc Wolfe serves as Vice President of Marketing for Barracuda Networks. In this role, he is responsible for global marketing strategy and execution; corporate branding, media development, and partner programs.
Prior to joining Barracuda in 2006, he served as Director of Marketing and Operations at a Los Angeles-headquartered law firm, where he was instrumental in growing the company from startup to national prominence.

While at Extreme, Stitt was named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001 for Technology and Communication, Northern California. Prior to Extreme Networks, Stitt co-founded Network Peripherals and served as vice president of marketing and vice president and general manager of the OEM Business Unit.
He also held executive positions in corporate marketing at Sun Microsystems and was director of marketing and sales at Ven-Tel.

Prior to Barracuda, Ms. Honda was Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for Extreme Networks, a publicly traded network infrastructure provider.
Prior to Extreme Networks, Ms. Honda held senior legal leadership positions at both public and private technology companies. She started her career as a software engineer at Hewlett Packard, and in addition to her legal roles, has held management positions in product development, customer support, and information technology.
Ms. Honda holds a J.D. from Santa Clara Law School (cum laude) and a B.S in Applied Math Computer Science and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon.
As Vice President of Technical Support, Hossein Ghazizadeh leads a global team of 250 support engineers dedicated to helping customers maximize the value of their Barracuda products.
In his previous role as Director of Technical Support, Ghazizadeh successfully developed the company’s strategy for improving customer and partner satisfaction. In 2013, his team was awarded the SC Magazine Excellence Award for Best Customer Service and Support.
Prior to joining Barracuda, he held management positions within technical support at companies such as Savvis Communication, Cable & Wireless (formerly Exodus Communications), and National Integration Technology.
He earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Northern Arizona University and an associates degree in computer science from CTA.

Dana has over 20 years of wide-ranging finance and accounting experience at public companies including semiconductor-based Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and EDA giant Cadence Design Systems, Inc. as well as private companies including Barracuda Networks (internet security) and Host Analytics (Software-as a-Service). Her extensive experience will help Kilopass with its next phase of expansion.
Danas background comprises extensive expertise in M&As, IPO and international accounting and operations as well as building infrastructure and systems implementation. Dana is a certified public accountant.
She has an MBA from the University of Phoenix in San Jose, California. She is a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Prior to his role on the board, Jeffrey Allen was the vice president of business operations at NetApp. He managed manufacturing operations and took responsibility for content delivery and NearStore business lines as well as strategic initiatives for the SAN market. Allen joined the company in 1996 as CFO and vice president of finance and operations.
Before NetApp, Allen served as senior vice president of operations for Bay Networks, where he was responsible for manufacturing and distribution functions. From 1990 to 1995, he held the position of controller for SynOptics Communications and became vice president and controller for Bay Networks, the new company created via the merger of SynOptics and Wellfleet Communications.
Previously, Allen had a 17-year career at Hewlett-Packard Company, where he served in a variety of financial, information systems, and financial management positions, including controller for the Information Networks Group.
Stephen Pao has more than 20 years of experience in high growth technology companies based in both Seattle and the Bay Area.
Currently, Steve serves as General Manager, Security Business, at Barracuda Networks, where he is responsible for strategic product direction, definition, program management, and development for all of the company’s security products. The Security Business brings together Barracudas content security, network security, and application security product portfolio, as well as the Barracuda Central content team.
Prior to joining Barracuda Networks, Steve led program management and engineering efforts at All Star Directories, a leading Internet lead generation provider in Washington.
Before All Star, Steve held vice president of marketing positions at AskMe Corporation, a leading enterprise knowledge management software provider, and at Latitude Communications (acquired by Cisco Systems), a leading voice and Web conferencing provider.
David Golob joined Francisco Partners as a Partner in 2001 and focuses primarily on investments in the software segment.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners, David was a Managing Director with Tiger Management, where he was co-head of the global technology group.
David spent seven years as a private equity investor focused on the software industry at General Atlantic Partners and Sutter Hill Ventures. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and a Product Manager with Newport Systems Solutions, Inc. (acquired by Cisco).
