Nick Beim is a Partner at Venrock based in New York City. He invests in internet, mobile, SaaS, adtech, big data and fintech companies. Nick led the initial venture investments in the Gilt Groupe, Care.com, Dataminr, Intent Media, TheLadders.com and participated in investments in JBoss and Conductor. He is also an active angel investor and invested in companies including Fiksu, Betable, Flipkey and the Navigos Group. Prior to Venrock, Nick worked at Matrix Partners, McKinsey and Goldman Sachs.
Nick graduated from Stanford University and holds an M.Phil. from Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar. Nick also serves on the board of Endeavor, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurs in developing countries.

Antonio is a general partner at Matrix Partners. Prior to Matrix, Antonio was CTO of HPs Consumer Imaging and Printing division where he led a wide array of projects in the areas of mass customization, e-reading, mobile platforms and next generation web platforms for content consumption. Antonio joined HP through the acquisition of Tabblo, where he was the founder and CEO. Tabblo, a Matrix-backed company, was a high-end photo site focused on bringing together the viral nature of online content publishing with the high margins of digital printing.
Prior to Tabblo, Antonio held a variety of engineering, product, and business development roles at MyPublisher (currently the leading photo book manufacturer in the US), abuzz Technologies (acquired by the New York Times), and the Boston Consulting Group.
Antonio graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard and received an MBA from Stanford. Antonios areas of investment include consumer Internet, mobile, software and Internet infrastructure.
Mandy joined Match.com in 2006 as Vice President and General Manager for Chemistry.com, and was responsible for catapulting the site into the limelight and quadrupling brand awareness with the award-winning Come as you Are campaign. In April 2011, she ascended to the leadership position for Match.com North America, the companys flagship property. Shes now responsible for all aspects of the North American business from building more strategic relationships and bringing in new customers while continuing to satisfy members with a world-class experience and innovative product development.

Sandy Miller joined Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) in April 2006. He focuses on later-stage venture and growth equity investments in technology companies. Sandy has more than 25 years of venture capital and investment banking experience and has served on over 20 public, private and philanthropic boards. Sandy was recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 100 venture capitalists in the world by inclusion in the 2007, 2008 and 2009 Midas List.
Sandy has led investments in Constant Contact (CTCT), Data Domain (DDUP), Handango, LiveOps, Merchant e-Solutions, Placeware, SkyStream Networks, Swissray, US Internetworking, Vonage (VG), and Zynga. He has also been actively involved with the firm’s investments in Cortina Systems and RGB Networks. Sandy is Chairman of Handango and a director of Swissray and Vonage (VG).

Andrew is an investor and/or advisor with several companies including FanSnap, Care.com, Digium, HubSpot, SmartFlix, and Shareaholic. Andrew was CEO and Founder of Revenio, which built an innovative engine for executing sophisticated, interactive, long-running multi-channel marketing programs. Revenio’s patented flagship product is now shipping as Vignette Dialog. Andrew also co-founded Open Market (one of the first eCommerce IPOs) in 1994, where he co-invented and co-designed the company’s commerce architecture, and led the company’s first product development efforts. Andrew worked at Digital Equipment Corporation in the late 80s and early 90s, on the research staff at the Digital’s Cambridge Research Lab. He was also part of the DEC team that designed the Alpha architecture and built the first processor implementation. Andrew holds 8 patents, and received a BS with distinction in Electrical Engineering from Cornell.
Tony joined NEA in June 2008. He co-leads NEA’s Consumer Internet investment practice as well as the firm’s Venture Growth Equity effort. Tony is a director of Care.com, Cvent, Moda Operandi, Edmodo and EverFi, and is involved in a number of NEA’s venture growth equity portfolio companies, including Gilt Groupe. He led the firm’s investment in Quidsi (Diapers.com), which was acquired by Amazon in 2011. Prior to joining NEA, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and was Head of Technology Banking in New York, and was a member of the North American Management Committee for investment banking. While at Morgan Stanley, Tony worked with a number of NEA’s companies, including Tele Atlas, InnerWorkings, Echo Global Logistics, Neutral Tandem and SourceFire. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1992 and subsequently rejoined the firm in 1997 from business school.
