Mark is a proven business leader with over 25 years of experience at discovering and capitalizing on market opportunities resulting in rapid revenue growth, increased profitability and market leadership for emerging and mid-sized software and information services businesses.
Mark has played a key role in an IPO, LBO, additional funding rounds, acquisitions (both as a buyer and a seller) and successful transitions to new management teams. He was on the top management team of four companies that went public or were acquired by public companies during his tenure.
In addition, Mark has broad experience in developing and executing corporate and go-to-market strategies for rapid market growth.
Mark holds a B.A. with a concentration in Economics from the College of William and Mary and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Marketing and Finance.
Dave is a proven Fortune 1000 executive and financial leader with over 25 years of experience establishing, leading, and re-engineering financial functions across a wide range of firms. Dave is widely respected for his leadership and vision in positions including CFO, VP Strategy, and Board Member for businesses in the software, retailing, and services industries including LensCrafters, Structural Dynamics Research Corporation, Abaqus, and Paycor.
Dave is skilled in all areas of financial and strategic leadership including strategic planning & analysis, mergers & acquisitions, venture funding, financial planning, treasury, and human resources.
Dave has a BS in Marketing from Miami University, Ohio and an MBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
Bill has over 20 years of software design and development experience in agent-based modeling (ABM), statistical analysis and market research applications.
In his current role, Bill is leading the software development effort for ThinkVine’s Marketing Mix Optimization software.
Prior to ThinkVine, Bill was Software Development Manager for The Analytical Group where he architected and completed the company’s three major products that remain category leaders today.
Bill has a BS in Mathematics from Arizona State University and a BS in Marketing & Economics from Northern Illinois University.
He is currently pursuing an MS in Engineering (Software) from Arizona State University.
As VP Analytical Services, Gregg manages ThinkVine’s analytical services offerings. Gregg has an extensive background in marketing and market research, particularly in the consumer products industry.
He comes to ThinkVine from SymphonyIRI Group where he was a principal in the Consulting practice focused on client delivery of the Hendry Market Structure.
Gregg has worked for a number of market research and analytics firms, including Analytics Partners, ImmediateFX and Knowledge Networks/Promotions Decisions. Additionally, Gregg has experience on the client side, including market research work with Kraft Foods, Campbell Soups and SAMI.
He holds a bachelor of science degree and a master of science degree from Miami University, Oxford, OH.
As VP Product Management, Elan leads the product management team to ensure that ThinkVine continues as the category leader in terms of software capabiltities.
Elan has a strong background in strategy, product marketing, and product management in the software industry, specifically in the analytics sector. She joins ThinkVine from SpringSmart, a corporate strategy and new venture consulting services firm she founded and was president of for over 12 years. At SpringSmart, Elan helped clients such as SPSS, Initiate Systems, and BeatBox Technologies to achieve successful growth and exits and provided strategic and tactical consulting for a wide range of early stage companies like AdStrategist, PartScription, Metronome Labs, and Illumitek.
Prior to SpringSmart, she was senior director of corporate marketing at SPSS, Inc., a worldwide provider of analytical software and services.
As VP Customer Success, Darcy leverages her extensive experience in strategic customer management to help drive the company forward.
Previously the VP of Marketing and Product Development at Merrill Corporation, Hoffmann brings to ThinkVine more than 15 years experience working with global organizations to implement strategies and processes aimed at optimizing company performance during periods of rapid growth.
Before that, Darcy held a series of leadership roles at Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing, including VP Marketing Strategy, VP Business Development, and VP Customer Experience.
A graduate of Stetson University, Darcy started her career working in a variety of marketing positions in the banking industry.

As Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer, Damon Ragusa shapes the company’s strategy and product direction. An accomplished entrepreneur and marketing technologist, Damon has successfully transitioned ThinkVine from a custom solutions consultancy into a software-as-a-service enterprise in the marketing optimization space. In early 2009, under Damon’s leadership, ThinkVine launched its marketing planning & simulation application leading to triple digit annual growth in software revenue. A popular speaker known for his domain expertise and thought leadership, Damon is frequently asked to present at such conferences as ad:tech, American Marketing Association (AMA), Advertising Research Foundation and the Institute for International Research.
