Matt Steinfort
Matt Steinfort is responsible for both the strategic direction and the day-to-day operation of Envysion. Prior to Envysion, Matt was SVP of Corporate Strategy at ICG Communications and held a variety of executive roles at Level 3 Communications, including VP of Consumer Voice, VP of Strategy and VP of Finance. Matts early career included stints at management consultancy Bain & Company and IT consultancy Cambridge Technology Partners. Matt received a bachelors in civil engineering and operations research from Princeton University and an MBA from the MIT-Sloan School of Management.

Michell Shewchuk
Michelle is responsible for Envysions financial performance and is responsible for all aspects of accounting operations, strategic financial planning, cash management and capital markets. Prior to Envysion, Michelle was SVP Finance and Corporate Controller at Exclusive Resorts where she was responsible for all day to day accounting operations as well as financial planning and analysis. She has over 20 years of experience in various positions with both private and public companies, including BioStar, a subsidiary of Thermo Fisher Scientific, Berkshire Partners and Salomon Brothers. Michelle received a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Finance from the University of Alberta and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Technology Officer
Robert Hagens
Robert Hagens is responsible for Envysions technical direction and for the development of Envysions managed video service. Prior to Envysion, Rob was SVP of Network Engineering at Level 3 Communications, where he was instrumental in designing and building one of the largest Internet and VoIP networks in the world. Before that, Rob was Director of Internet Engineering and the founding engineer responsible for MCIs Internet backbone. He was also a Senior Engineer at Advanced Network and Services (ANS) before most of us knew what that Internet was. Rob has a bachelors in biology from Carleton College and a masters in Computer sciences from the University of Wisconsin/Madison.

Gregg Hodges
Gregg Hodges is responsible for all revenue generating, professional service and customer delivery functions at Envysion. Gregg has a solid history of working with growth oriented companies whereby he combines leadership with strategic vision to deliver high performance results. Prior to joining Envysion, Gregg was COO at Digitalsmiths, an early stage, venture backed technology company that is a thought leader around search and discovery of video assets. There he played a major role in a dramatic increase in year-over-year revenue expansion while instilling efficiencies and effective process around strategic vision. Prior to Digitalsmiths, Gregg was a member of the executive team at iBAHN, a venture backed international leader of IPTV/Broadband technologies to the hospitality industry.

Michael Coar
Michael is responsible for designing and implementing innovations in building an industry leading platform. In this role, he oversees platform delivery functions and CPE fulfillment, including customer support and the development of advanced processes and systems to help the company evolve its MVaaS platform. Prior to joining Envysion, Coar was vice president of client services at New Global Telecom, where he was responsible for service delivery, service assurance, billing, and vendor management functions and managed growth from 2,500 seats under management to over 250,000 during his time with the company. Before New Global Telecom, Coar worked at Level 3 Communications as director of product management for Enterprise Voice Services focused on enhancing the quote to cash process while growing the customer base from approximately 2,000 seats in March 2004 to over 12,000 seats by December 2004.

Matt Umscheid
Matthew Umscheid joined Parthenon Capital Partners in 2007 as a Vice President of Operations. Matthew currently focuses on assisting portfolio companies with strategic and operational structure initiatives and manages business due diligence for new investments. In addition, he helps develop the firms broader perspective on target investment industries and sectors.
Prior to joining Parthenon, Matthew was a Manager at L.E.K. Consulting where he completed over 45 projects involving strategy development, detailed business planning and commercial due diligence. He has extensive experience working with management teams and senior executives at companies ranging in size from $20M to $6B in sales. Matthews work has guided company growth and led to a number of successful transactions. He has broad industry experience including healthcare, business services, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and consumer products.

John Siegel
John is a Partner with Columbia Capital where he focuses on communication services investments.
Prior to joining Columbia Capital, he was a member of Morgan Stanleys Private Equity Group, specializing in investments in the telecommunications and data services arena.
He has held positions with Fidelity Ventures and the Investment Banking Division of Alex. Brown & Sons, Incorporated.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Envysion, GTS CE, MegaPath, MindSHIFT Technologies, New Global Telecom, Presidio, and Zayo Bandwidth. He is also actively involved in MetroPCS Communications and was previously involved with Mobile Satellite Ventures.
John served on the board of ICG Communications prior to its sale to Level 3 Communications and represented Columbia Capitals interests in Mpower Communications prior to its sale to TelePacific.
He was also a board member of FDN Communications prior to its merger with NuVox Communications.

Michael Lynch
Michael is responsible for Envysions overall product and brand management of the companys suite of products and services. Michael brings over twenty years experience in the Internet software sector across multiple verticals and countries including The United States, Switzerland, The Netherlands and Saudi Arabia. Prior to Envysion, Michael was COO of SageFire, Inc. where he was responsible for the product, engineering and services organizations and overall delivery of the companys successful SaaS-based CRM, operations and business intelligence platform for multi-unit companies. Michael held positions of Chief Marketing Officer for Massively Parallel Technologies, a provider of high performance parallel computing, Vice President of Business Development and Product Management for HyperSpace Communications, Inc.

Andrew C. Dodson
Andrew Dodson joined Parthenon Capital Partners in 2005. He is an active investor in business services, financial services, insurance, software, and technology. Since joining PCP, Mr. Dodson has been actively involved with the firms investments in AmWINS Group, Wildlands, Bryant & Stratton, ASG, Ascension Insurance, Seaside National Bank & Trust, loanDepot and H.D. Vest.
Prior to joining Parthenon, Andrew was a Consultant with Bain & Co. While at Bain, he focused on mergers and acquisitions, cost control, and corporate strategy for middle market technology companies. Andrew was also a financial analyst for Enron Corporation in the companys retail group. In this role, he structured multiyear swaps with companies in multiple industries to hedge their energy exposure. Prior to Enron, Andrew worked for Trilogy, Inc., an enterprise software company in Austin, Texas.
Dan Caruso
Dan Caruso is President and CEO of Zayo Group, where he oversees Onvoy Voice Services, Zayo Enterprise Networks, and Zayo Professional Services.
Dan, as an angel investor, helped found Envysion, where he served as Chairman from 2006 to 2013. Dan is a former Board Member of GTS Central Europe and director of New Global Telecom. Dan has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois.
Between 2004 and 2006, Dan was the President and CEO of ICG Communications. Backed by Columbia Capital and MC Partners, he led the private buyout of ICG in 2004. In 2006, ICG was sold to Level 3 for $170M, resulting in a total distribution to the buyout group and management team of over $225M and a return on investment of 25x.
As one of the founding executives of Level 3 Communications, Dan was responsible for Level 3s engineering, construction, and operations organizations.
Dave Ament
Dave Ament is a Managing Partner in Parthenon Capital Partners Boston office and is a current member of the Investment Committee. In 2003, he joined Parthenon as a Principal.
Dave is responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities as well as working with existing portfolio companies on various strategic and financial initiatives. His investment focus is primarily targeted towards PCP activities in healthcare services and HCIT, business services and education. Dave has been involved in a number of portfolio company Board of Directors, including: Abeo, Inc., ADESA, Inc., Altegra Health (f/k/a Social Services Coordinators and The Coding Source), AmWINS Group, ASG Security, Bryant & Stratton College, Eliza Corporation, Insurance Auto Auctions, Intermedix Corporation (f/k/a Medical Consultants, Inc.), IWP and Triad Isotopes.
