Prior to joining Adesto, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Innovative Silicon, responsible for engineering and operations; and Chief Technology Officer for Spansion, responsible for overall technology strategy, product design and development, and future product architecture.
Mr. Van Buskirk brings over 18 years international engineering, joint venture and, partnership management experience, while drawing on over 30 years semiconductor memory technology experience spanning SRAM, EPROM, E2PROM, floating gate and charge trap flash, resistive change memory (R-RAM), and capacitor-less DRAM.
Notably, he spearheaded Spansions MirrorBit technology, AMDs Negative Gate Erase technology, AMDs Simultaneous Read/Write architecture, and Innovative Silicons ultra-low voltage Z-RAM vertical floating body memory technology.
Mr. Van Buskirk holds more than 70 U.S. patents in the field of semiconductor memory.
Ron Shelton is Chief Financial Officer at Adesto Technologies.
Mr. Shelton has more than 18 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer for companies ranging from privately held start ups to public companies with revenues in excess of $900 million, including Cirrus Logic, Alliance Semiconductor, GigOptix, Alien Technology and others.
During his career Mr. Shelton has successfully completed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion, including public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, joint ventures and divestitures.
In addition to finance, at various points in his career Mr. Shelton has directed and managed world wide teams in legal, risk management, human resources and information technology.
Ishai Naveh is a co-founder and the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Adesto Technologies. In his role, he is responsible for forging partnerships as well as positioning the company in growing, lucrative markets.
Previously Mr. Naveh, was the VP of Marketing for Non-volatile Memories and Mixed Signal Technologies at Tower Semiconductor USA.
Prior to arriving in the USA, he was Senior Director for foundry technologies at Tower. Mr. Naveh began his career at National Semiconductor, holding several positions in the USA and Israel.
Mr. Naveh holds a B.Sc. from the Hebrew University and MBA from Heriott-Watt University. He has published several papers and issued over 10 patents.
Shane Hollmer is a co-founder of Adesto Technologies and currently serves as their Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Hollmer has more than 19 years of experience in the semiconductor memory industry including engineering and engineering management positions at Advanced Micro Devices, Emosyn, Silicon Storage Technology, and Monolithic Power Systems.
Mr. Hollmer earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley and a MBA from San Jose State University.
Shane holds more than 50 patents the areas of non-volatile memory development and mixed signal design.
Nelson Chan is the Board Director of Nanosys Inc.
He served as Chief Executive Officer of Magellan, a leader in the consumer, survey, GIS, and OEM GPS navigation and positioning markets, from 2006 to 2008.
From 1992 through 2006, Mr. Chan served in various Senior Management positions with SanDisk Corporation, including most recently Executive Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Business.
From 1983 to 1992, Mr. Chan held Marketing and Engineering positions at Chips and Technologies, Signetics, and Delco Electronics.
Mr. Chan is a member of the Board of Directors of Silicon Laboratories Inc., a public company which is a fabless, analog-intensive mixed-signal semiconductor company and Synaptics Inc.
Mr. Alexei Andreev has served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Harris and Harris Group since March 2005.
From 2002 to March 2005, he was an Associate with Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ), a venture capital firm, where he was exclusively focused on nanotechnology and material science investment opportunities.
While at DFJ, he played an integral role in sourcing and funding EoPlex, Intematix, Solicore and D-Wave Systems, for which companies he served as an active Board Director or Observer.
Previously, he worked for TLcom Capital Partners, a London-based venture capital fund backed by Morgan Stanley.

Keith L. Crandell is the Co – Founder & Managing Director, ARCH Venture Partners.
He focuses on chemical and specialty materials companies, electronics and instrumentation, optics and photonics, communications, and enterprise infrastructure businesses. He previously served as Senior Manager at ARCH Development Corporation, where he was responsible for ARCH Venture Fund I activities at Argonne National Laboratory.

Mr. Matthew Boyle was a Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Dassault Falcon Jet Corporation, a division of Dassault Aviation.
He joined Dassault Falcon Jet Corporation in 1979 as an Associate Counsel and was promoted to General Counsel within 6 months.
Boyle is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in History. His career in aviation began in 1965 when he enrolled in the Air Force ROTC program while attending Notre Dame.
The ROTC program led Boyle to becoming an Air Force Pilot with two tours of duty in Vietnam. Boyle retired from the Air Force in 1989 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. In 1974, he enrolled at Fordham University to study and attain a Law Degree.
He was an associate attorney with Haight, Gardner, Poor and Havens LLC from 1977 to 1979 before joining Dassault Aviation Group.
Mr. Steve Drehobl is a semiconductor Industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience.

Janet Wang is Vice President of the Discrete Product Group. She has over 15 years of industry experience working on novel memory and semiconductor logic technology development and manufacturing.
She has held engineering and managerial positions at Aerospace Corporation, Advanced Micro Devices, Transmeta Corporation, and Broadcom Corporation.
She holds more than 25 patents in the areas of semiconductor memory and logic technologies.
She was the recipient of the Best Paper Award at the 1997 International Reliability Physics Symposium and has served on technical committees for various conferences.
Dr. Wang received her PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Michael Kozicki is Adestos Chief Scientist and Professor of Electrical Engineering at Arizona State University.
Dr. Kozicki has over 25 years experience in industry and academia and is the inventor of the Programmable Metallization Cell, the scientific platform for Adestos CBRAM technology.
He has published and presented extensively in nano-ionics and semiconductor science and currently holds around 40 US and 30 international patents in these areas.
Dr. Kozicki graduated summa cum laude with a B.Sc and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
