Render Dahiya took the helm of Arroweye Solutions in 2007. Shortly after coming on board and earning his stripes in the closed-loop sphere, in 2009, Render set his sights on expanding Arroweye into the open-loop space. Under his leadership, Arroweye became the first company ever to receive Visa certification to manufacture and print the Visa logo on-demand while simultaneously personalizing a payment card. This certification launched Arroweye into significant market growth.
Most recently, Arroweye logged its most successful year to date in 2012 and helped power an award-winning, first-of-its-kind ID and payment card solution for the underbanked.
Render began his career at FedEx Kinko’s, where he is credited as one of the companys founding partners and he last served as SVP of US Operations. After 19 years at FedEx Kinko’s, Render left the company to become part of the management team at Culligan International in the capacity of EVP of North American Dealers.
As Chief Technology Officer, Marc leads the technology development and software implementation efforts in Arroweye. With extensive background in engineering and project management, Marc develops and leads a team of solution-focused technologists delivering iterations of product innovation and clients success.
Prior to joining Arroweye, Marc enjoyed a long career at NMS Communications, where he served in various capacities, most recently as the Americas Project Manager where he was charged with managing all new services projects in the Americas.
Marc also previously spent time as a software engineer for Motorola iDEN where he developed telephony infrastructure systems.
Brian Huse is a founding member of Arroweye Solutions. As Chief Information Officer, Brian is responsible for all IS and IT activities as well as corporate physical and network security. He is instrumental in the design and development of the secured production processes which earned 8 patents to date. He is also credited with leading Arroweye’s production and operations efforts for the company’s first eight years.
Prior to co-founding Arroweye, Brian served as Director of Information Systems for Mercer Global Advisors and Director of Information Systems for Sputtered Films, Inc.
He also worked for Electronic Data System (EDS) and Xerox as Implementation Team Leader managing large scale deployments.
As Chief Financial Officer for Arroweye, Mike oversees all financial, accounting and administrative functions ensuring compliance and best practices across the company. He brings over twenty years of financial and strategic experience in entrepreneurial companies within the technology and business services industries.
Prior to joining Arroweye, Mike has served as the CFO of ActiveCare Network, Arryx and TrelliSoft. Mike also brings a wealth of experience having been in financial and corporate development management positions with Gateway and Platinum Technology during periods when these leading technology companies underwent significant growth and change.
Doron Friedman is one of the founders of Arroweye Solutions and has led as CEO of the company driving growth since inception. With his ambition and entrepreneurial aptitude, Doron championed all aspects of Arroweye including conceptualizing products, fundraising, client sales and developing strategic relationships.
In 2007 Doron shifted his focus to strategic account development with Render Dahiya joining Arroweye, and today he continues to guide the company as a Board member.
Doron developed the concept of Arroweye Solutions after receiving a box of chocolates without a personalized note inside. He saw the opportunity to make mail-order gifts more personal through the use of sophisticated technology. This idea has grown into what is today a suite of gifting and card marketing solutions.
Irene came to Arroweye with 17 years of diverse management experience in business strategy, technology, marketing and brand development. As Vice President of Marketing, she focuses on building an integrated marketing platform that can effectively amplify the Arroweye brand and enable the growth of Arroweye in the market. A champion for all aspects of creative and marketing effectiveness, Irene collaborates with various entities to create product experiences that benefit clients, fulfill business objectives and propel Arroweye brand affinity.
Most recently, Irene was the head of Marketing for a large B2B food distributor where she served on the executive team, reinvented the marketing department with a comprehensive, strategic plan, elevating brand with 50% YOY increased sales. Prior to that, Irene spent years in the Big 5 consulting world advising and implementing strategic process and technology improvements.
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Development, Matts focus is on cultivating and expanding client relationships and developing new market opportunities. With decades of sales and business development experience, Matt leads the sales and client teams with a passion for win-win partnership and his leadership is instrumental in driving the expansion into Open Loop space securing numerous key clients and market adoption.
Prior to joining Arroweye, Matt led Western Union’s International Payments Business as Senior Vice President where he was responsible for developing and leading Western Union’s strategy to aggressively expand its commercial payments business globally.
Bob McCormick brings more than 12 years of card manufacturing experience from some of the major industry leaders including ABNote and Gemalto. As Arroweyes Vice President of Operations, Bob oversees the entire operation of our state-of-the-art, highly secured production facility in Nevada ranging from customer service to quality assurance to production monitoring. Upholding a high standard of operational effectiveness, Bob strives to provide an environment where the team delivers the best level of service to every client every day.
While in ABNote, Bob served as Operations and Plant Manager in Buenos Aires.
He also took up various management positions at Gemalto, Ltd. in both the USA and the UK ranging from operations, software development, quality and engineering.
Jeffrey Diehl is a Partner at Adams Street Partners. Jeff invests in venture and growth-oriented companies in the software, IT-enabled business services and consumer internet/media sectors.
Jeff serves on the Boards of Directors of cbanc Network, Paylocity, Peerless Network, Q2ebanking, SnagAJob, T3Media and WhiteFence. He is a Board Observer at Spiceworks, Dolex and MagicJack (NASDAQ: CALL). He is a former Board Member at MxLogic (bought by McAfee) and Stratavia (bought by Hewlett-Packard).
He has also been involved with Adams Street’s investments in Adams Harris, AMWINS (bought by New Mountain), Ancestry.com (NASDAQ: ACOM), BirdsEye, CBeyond (NASDAQ: CBEY), FiftyOne, Gevity HR (NASDAQ: GVHR), Kappa Smurfit (LSE: SKG.L), KPG Ventures, Setanta, Scientific Protein Labs and TicketsNow (bought by Ticketmaster).
