Ross Fubini joined Canaan Partners Menlo Park office in 2012 as a Venture Partner. He focuses on the firms enterprise, consumer, and healthcare IT investment efforts.
Before joining Canaan, Ross was a partner at seed-stage technology investment firm Kapor Capital, where he led investments across consumer, enterprise, and health technology. He currently serves as an advisor to Kapor Capital, Palantir Technology, Facebook Causes, and other early stage technology companies.
Previously, Ross was a successful entrepreneur who co-founded and grew CubeTree, a Gartner Visionary enterprise social collaboration company which is used by the Fortune 100 including SAP, Intuit, and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. CubeTree was acquired by SuccessFactors (NASDAQ:SFSF) in 2010 where he then served as a vice president.

A former quant for Goldman Sachs, Gleb worked alongside Peter Thiel on a number of ventures, including Palantir, where he helped grow their finance division, and Clarium, where he managed a global macro portfolio. At MIT he studied computer science and finance. Gleb co-founded Authy Inc., a cloud security firm, and lead the company as its Chief Executive Officer through technology and product development, angel round of funding, and customer acquisition. Gleb was also a Founding Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at an early stage venture capital fund in Silicon Valley, where he led fund formation, negotiated the Limited Partnership Agreement with investors, as well as supervised legal, audit, and accounting relationships. Gleb’s latest venture is Aragorn Technologies, where he serves as a founder and Chief Executive Officer.
Jon Chu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Koality.

Before starting Clarium, Peter served as Chairman and CEO of [PayPal](http://www.crunchbase.com/company/paypal), an Internet company he co-founded in December 1998 and was acquired by eBay for $1.5 billion in October 2002.
Prior to founding PayPal, Peter ran Thiel Capital Management, the predecessor to Clarium, which started with $1 million under management in 1996.
Peter began his financial career as a derivatives trader at CS Financial Products, after practicing securities law at Sullivan & Cromwell.

Kevin Hartz is the Co-Founder & CEO of Eventbrite and an early-stage investor. He was previously Co-Founder and CEO of Xoom Corporation, an international money transfer company providing remittance services to over 40 countries worldwide. Xoom’s investors include Sequoia Capital, NEA, Fidelity Ventures, Silicon Valley Bank Capital, Stanford University, and Peter Thiel.
Kevin previously Co-Founded ConnectGroup, a start-up providing high-speed Internet access to the hotel industry that was acquired in 1998 by LodgeNet (LNET). Kevin has also worked in venture capital as an associate at Outlook Ventures and as a product manager at SGI.
