Seeking an investor(s) for $175K USD to facilitate multifaceted sustainable Market Garden. True numbers for high rotation, Micro-Green farm available; Non-circumvent for a further detailed business plan.
Executive Summary
After eleven years of ownership in West Central Fl, with retirement in mind, I’m transitioning into a running a sustainable Market Garden Farm. As with starting anew, my credit (working on rebuilding) has suffered; currently in low to mid 500s.
The business I’m looking to start will be at an ideal locale; Rural, however, within a decent bi-weekly 30-mile radius delivery route to Urban locations; stops along the way. Operations will be utilizing funds for storage facilities’, Caterpillar Hi-Tunnels, misc equipment, livestock (worms) and land for a commercial Organic (TB certified) Sustainable Farm. Agriculture corps would include vermicompost (by-products) along with micro-greens / sprouts businesses (2 weeks or less turn time – 1 month set-up time for all). Additionally, hi-rotation crops (30 days or less harvest turn time) and long-term crop (60 days to 3 years). Potential markets will be wholesale bulk (established), business to business, internet, and local permanent farmer’s market; seasonal and non-seasonal CSA services. I have a business plan.
I have three separate locations I’d like to have the business operating from; with start-up from either one of the three, expanding based upon the business’s ability to afford its expansion. My business would be asking for $175,000.00 for acquisition and Lesinfrastructure appointments. Looking to facilitate with a land purchase budget of $75K (included).
Currently, I’ve downsized to an affordable living which is primarily sustained working remotely as Mortgage Compliance Underwriter. Starting out on Wall Street, I have over 20 years in the financial industry.
Again, thank you for your time and attention.
Regards,
Ms. Lynnette Dunning
