Mr. Dupont, an aerospace professional, has acquired an extensive background in aerospace executive corporate management, directly related to aerospace research & development, production, and global marketing — integrated with the development of utility/STOL commercial turboprop aircraft — including the program management and coordination of FAA Part 25 Certification, CAD/CAM engineering, and detailed financial business planning — specifically for the development of new state-of-the-art utility transport aircraft.

Mr Davies is a retired U.S. Navy Test Pilot, and is very well known around the world as an expert in FAA Certification and Flight Testing of commercial/utility aircraft. Mr. Davies has an extensive background in FAA Certification Program Management and has, over the past 30 years, developed a highly respected professional relationship with the FAA Certification executive managers that are directly related and involved in the FAA Certification activities of the Company.
