Bizzler produces entertaining video & graphic ads for promoting products and services on the internet & mobile devices. This is accomplished by using Crowdsourcing to obtain an ongoing stream of creative content at a fraction of the cost typically required for producing advertising material. Part of the savings is passed along to clients, allowing Bizzler to maintain a healthy competitive edge while operating in the $52B advertising market dominated by conventional production methods.
Crowdsourced content has proven to be highly effective and acceptable by national brands, as evidenced by many popular online ads and past Superbowl commercials. We take the same crowdsourcing approach used by a few innovative brands (e.g. Doritos) and apply it to a wide variety of products and services. Our reach to the world internet user base (currently estimated at 2.4B) is driven by Amazon’s Cloud technology, our patent-pending website and an expanding focus on social marketing.
Our vision is to become the nation’s leading supplier of video ads and leverage this capability to expand into related business areas. For example, we plan to launch a new division next year that will specialize in using video ads to promote products/services through social websites. This will provide a means for our existing clients to maximize the value of their Crowdsourced ads and give Bizzler a built-in client base for the new business entity. In addition, the marketing service will be offered as a standalone service to companies looking for a means to promote their offerings via social media, fueling growth of the new marketing division and creating sales connections for the ad generation business.

Bizzler holds online public competitions to create entertaining video ads for corporate clients. The client provides design guidelines and receives; 1) rights to winning entries, 2) option to purchase non-winning entries for a nominal fee, and 3) feedback received from the public during the contest.
Bizzler offers affiliate products that support the creation and production of video ads. Hyperlinks to the associated websites are embedded in Bizzler’s ads, blogs and tutorials. A commission is automatically generated when viewers purchase products after using a Bizzler link to enter an affiliate website.
Tom Sims is the President & CEO of Bizzler Corporation. Mr. Sims has accumulated over 30 years of experience in technology and business development while working for numerous high tech companies, ranging from start-ups to large corporations, including; PMT, QSI, Alpharel, CPI Malibu and Eaton. His experience includes, hardware, software and system design, program management, project management, sales & marketing, business development and corporate management. Mr. Sims holds a bachelors degree in electronics engineering technology from Colorado State University-Pueblo as well as several post graduate certifications.
Thomas Salahub is Bizzler’s Vice President of Operations. Mr. Salahub is a highly skilled professional with over 30 years of experience in corporate, business and technology development. He has served in executive and middle management positions while working for numerous firms ranging from start-ups to fortune 500 corporations, including; Information Officer for Kellogg Brown & Root , VP Government Programs for L-3 Communications, VP Sales & Marketing for Quintek Technologies, Senior Director Program Management for DynCorp, VP Business Development for IMIX, VP Strategic Planning & Programs for Alpharel and Program Director for Litton Guidance & Control.
Mr. Kunz is a cofounder of Bizzler and has served as its Treasurer and Director since inception. Kim has been active as a featured public speaker and industry professional in financial planning, estate & tax planning, sales of securities and business development for over 33 years. Kim has proven his leadership skills while launching several successful start-up companies and serving as CEO, Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, and board member for numerous national firms. Mr. Kunz currently owns his own financial planning practice.
Alex Kolankiewicz is Bizzler’s Director of Social Media & Communication. Mr. Kolankiewicz helped to launch several successful start-ups in a variety of industries and is an active participant and contributor in numerous online communities, forums, crowdsourcing platforms, and creative communities. He has managed small business operations, motivated employees, executed online advertising campaigns and service promotions, and guided client companies through the process of managing customer relationships and expectations. Mr. Kolankiewicz received his Bachelor’s degree in marketing from George Mason University in 2011.
Justin Hammack is Bizzler’s Director of Engineering. Mr. Hammack gained his engineering experience over the past 10 years while working for KBR Services in various technical and managerial positions. His responsibilities included; IT business coordination, IT technical support, software development, digital information resource management, operations management, project training and quality management. Mr. Hammack is currently working on his Bachelor’s degree from Western Governors’ University, his hobbies are software development and consumer technologies.
Paul Simmons is Bizzler’s Director of Business Development. Mr. Simmons has gained over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and related areas while working for a variety of companies, including; DynCorp (Director of Marketing & Sales), AND-USA (Director of Government Sales), Silicon Graphics Federal (National Sales & Service Manager), Dell Federal and Brocade (Account Manager). Mr. Simmons received his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from George Mason University in 1977 and has since taken numerous post graduation courses in management, marketing, sales, forecasting, public relations, leadership development, personnel administration, government contracting and marketing software applications. Paul currently holds a top secret security clearance.
