Stephen has been in the beer business
his whole career starting at Coors
distribution where he was the top
performing sales representative. After
Coors, Steve took the international
route and was in charge of all
international business for Oskar Blues
Brewery (Dale’s Pale ale). Stephen then
left to work for Stone brewery where he
also built their international business
from the ground up. Stone is now
available in over 30 countries and has a
brewery in Berlin.
Matt is a veteran in the beverage
industry having worked with Coca-Cola
for over 24 years. Matt’s background is
primarily operations, account
development and sales. In his recent
position of Vice President, Matt had
responsibility for North American sales,
for the retail channel. He managed a
team of 10 with $440mm in revenue, 19
national customers and combined
volume of 49mm cases.
Matt has over 18 years of experience in
sales and distribution. He started his
career working on the alcohol
distributor side of the selling process.
He then did over 11 years at Heineken
where he was the On-premise national
account executive developing strategic
partnerships. During his time at
Heineken, he was a 3-time winner of the
Heinekin USA market managers, as well
as 2 time sales winner at Mesa
distributing. He has worked with brands
such as Mikes Hard Lemonade, Smirnoff
Ice and Strongbow Cider.
James has over 22 years in sales and
marketing experience with two fortune
100 companies and a premium vodka
company. As a Regional Sales Director
at Asahi Beer, he created many
outstanding strategies to help grow the
brand in the U.S. Market. He was
honored by Asahi by winning Employee
of the Year 4 out of the 7 years while he
was employed with them. James
continued his career with managing a
team that called on all national and
regional customers for a premium
vodka company.
