Similar in its intent to ZocDoc, MDTree will connect providers and end consumers. Providers who subscribe to preferred placements will show up first on all searches, thus generating more practice value in page views, visibility, enhanced features, leads as well as revenue to enhancedcare.
Unlike ZocDoc, however, we have a unique and effective go-to-market strategy based around partnerships (which we already have!) and our complete suite of healthcare services to offer consumers and members as added value. Below are two examples of enhancedcareMD customers — one company and one individual.
XYZ Payroll company offers group insurance to their 50 employees and purchased our WELLNESS product to offer a complete suite of benefits ($3,200 of premiums per year), at zero after tax cost to their employees, and a revenue stream guaranteed of $811 per employee per year (FICA benefits) – for a total company savings of $40,000 per year. enhancedcareMD has been in the market since 2011. Over the past five years, we’ve gained hundreds of thousands of users who have validated our unique offering.
In addition to our customer base, we have several major distribution partners (American Portfolio, USA Payroll, etc.) who have hundreds of thousands of clients of their own which is helping us spread our wellness product in the market even more.
We have a letter of intent from a major third party administrator to utilize our proprietary software for their 70,000 providers and 250,000 subscriber members. This program is set to begin in March 2017 and roll out throughout 2017. We also have interest from another business solutions group for a similar opportunity that will touch 50,000 providers and 2.5 million members.
Other service partners include Optumhealth and American Well, two key players who can scale to millions of members as our growth needs dictate, without significant incremental investment.

Jerry DeLuccio, CEO
Jerry has extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experience, including training at Bristol Myers, Cadbury Schweppes, and Constellation brands. Jerry‘s entrepreneurial experience includes an intrapreneurial venture at Bristol Myers in health and beauty, and other companies in varied fields including a hair care company, distribution/fulfillment company, and a marketing technology company.
Rick Popovic, Co-Founder & Executive Vice President
Rick has corporate, academic, and entrepreneurial experience. After a 20-year career at Xerox in all major divisions, he became Associate Dean at the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester for 10 years, where he started international partnerships to deliver the Simon MBA around the world. He’s also consulted for companies, individual investors, graduate education, and the general healthcare market for over 20 years. His entrepreneurial experience started with two healthcare companies prior to enhancedcareMD, and he still lectures to medical societies and organizations.
David Coffey, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations
David has over 25 years experience in operations, sales, business development, and financial management. He has successfully been involved with business startups, turn-around businesses, and a national sales expansion. His career started as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touche, a national public accounting firm. He has also been a successful General Manager for IAA, Regional General Manager for Copart, and Regional Sales Manager and Director of National Business Development at I-CAR international. David holds a BS in Accounting and an Executive MBA. He currently teaches finance courses for the Rochester Institute of Technology’s online EMBA program.
