Dado is a married woman, a 45 year old sheep farmer living in Mali. She is a widow and the mother of seven children – two girls and five boys aged from 3 to 20. She is the woman holding the ram by a rope in the group photo.
She has run this business for fifteen years now. She is seeking a loan from the RMCR to develop her sheep rearing business – she does her buying and selling locally.
Dado earns a monthly profit of 22,500f which enables her to help her children with health needs, clothing and food.
She dreams that with this work she can prepare a path in life for her children, and change their living conditions.
