Mr. Draper is an experienced operator and owner, and has led the group’s development efforts, which includes consulting on a record 42 QSR unit expansion in 2008. John has more than 15 years of retail food experience, including dozens of franchise brands. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Accounting. John Draper is the architect of a proprietary Investor Relations Management (“IRM”) online real time reporting system and investment platform. The IRM keeps equity investors up to date on financials and data in real time, and streamlines the process of making additional investments in future Company equity offerings. Mr. Draper has engineered and invented an industry-leading proprietary brand underwriting analytical platform, which synthesizes and scores the underlying business metrics and fundamentals of all of the Company’s deals, updates operational results on the ground, and cross-references the results with projections and benchmarks.
