I have always enjoyed sharing my own personal stories of victory with other people to encourage them in their time of need. By the time I was in the seventh grade I was known by my teachers and peers as the optimistic student. I believed that no matter how difficult a situation presented itself in my life, I would look for the good and build on that. I began to notice that people from all walks of life were naturally drawn to me because of the compassion and genuine love I carried for people who desperately needed a hug through uplifting words. In 2011 while living on a single parent income, I used my creativity, encouragement skills and entrepreneurial spirit to design business cards, brochures and flyers for family and friends. What started out as freelance jobs quickly turned into a nice part time work with a steady cash flow. In 2013, I placed and a promotional advertisement for my printing services in a local magazine. The publisher was impressed with my graphic design skills and offered me a position with his business. I accepted the offer and quickly learned the logistics of the media industry. In addition to providing graphic design services, I became proficient in marketing, creating ad templates, and customer relations. In 2014, while I worked at the North Chicago, IL publication company I began to realize that I could use my creativity, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit about magazines to create and sustain a profitable business. In 2015, I started Victorious Women Magazine. In 2015, I started Victorious Women Magazine.
