Principal.
Anthony Morena is a licensed architect in the states of New York and New Jersey.
After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute, he received his Real Estate Development training at New York University where he attended the Graduate School of Real Estate Finance and Development.
His work has involved many unique and special projects totaling over 1,200 residential apartments.
Portfolio Manager.
Sandra Eng joined Mortar almost ten years ago as a Project Architect. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Master of Architecture degree in 2001. Sandra has over 15 years of experience in various aspects of the development field. With over a dozen residential development projects completed – Sandra is a specialist on residential design and development.
Construction Manager.
Brian Lui has been in the construction industry for over 12 years. Brian has spent the last three years working at Mortar supervising and coordinating construction efforts. Most recently, Brian oversaw the successful completion of 245 Manhattan Avenue, and 324 E4th Street – coordinating the construction schedule, and managing Building Department compliance and design execution with the general contractor.
Assistant Project Manager.
Matthew Boyce is an Assistant Project Manager at Mortar. In his role, Matt manages project development with a particular focus on financial analysis. He graduated from Columbia University’s Real Estate Development program and earned his Bachelor’s degree at New York University. He previously worked in real estate development in Brooklyn and also comes from a family background in New York City real estate investment.
