Parle is a certified woman/minority owned company, honored as Distributor of the Year by the US Dept. of Commerce, and twice awarded, Supplier of the Year. Mary provides vision and leadership for Parle with strategic management acumen, team building, and business development, a demonstrated track record of connecting with and influencing senior level decision makers, and building significant strategic alliances as part of a targeted marketing campaign. Mary has over 10 yrs experience with managing e-commerce operations, warehouse fulfillment, custom product licensing and product development. She currently serves as an elected representative of the MBEIC, an organization that represent the interests of minority business owners in No. California.

A seasoned senior executive, Christina has over 20 years experience in the technology industry. She is the President and CEO of Moreland Associates, which she founded in 2000. Her clients include high-tech, clean-tech and telecom technology start-ups, services providers, and enterprises. Prior to Moreland, she founded and served as President and CEO of OfficePlease Inc., an intranet software company and ASP and currently serves as the Chairman for the OfficePlease Foundation. Prior to OfficePlease, she was the VP of Marketing for Sentient Networks a telecom switch manufacturer, until their acquisition by Cisco Systems. Previously, she was director of carrier development and marketing at Premisys, a telecom and enterprise Integrated Access Device (IAD) manufacturer, which was later acquired by Zhone. Prior to Premisys, she held business development and marketing positions with N.E.T., a TI multiplexer manufacturer and Kevex Instruments, a provider of EDX and XRF spectrometers.

Prior to Sun she led the Operations team at Adept Technology, a factory automation company producing precision vision and motion sensing robotics systems. At Adept, as the GM for their nascent semiconductor wafer handling business unit, she oversaw growth to 5% of their revenue within a year.
