Palmira’s story

Palmira is 42 years old and is a merchant. She is a widow and the mother of two children who both attend school. She also supports her mother by sending her money. Palmira lives in her own house.

With the loan she plans to expand her business by buying oil, sugar, chickens, flour, and rice for resale in her store. Her dream is to progress with her business by satisfying her customers’ needs. She has two employees.

Palmira states that her greatest challenge is the lack of funds and that is why she is resorting to a loan to solve her problems. With previous loans she bought two billiards tables, a plasma TV and she also used some funds for her project.
