Mr. Stalnaker graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1987 with a BBA-accounting. He passed the CPA exam and worked in public accounting in Little Rock, AR for several years. Mr. Stalnaker accepted a position with the Arkansas Public Service Commission as an auditor, performing audits on utility providers, ensuring compliance of rates and prudence issues, including accounting. This included telecommunications providers. Mr. Stalnaker accepted a position with Acxiom Corporation (ACXM: NASDAQ) in 1996 as a financial analyst. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2001 and then assumed the Division President role for the financial services vertical that represented over $400 million in revenue and consisted of over 1,200 associates.
Mr. Smith is a seasoned veteran in developing, implementing and managing very large complex databases. He served his country in the Navy for 6 years being deployed in Desert Storm. Mr. Smith was classified as a “high” security for various clearance requirements while serving in the Navy. Mr. Smith accepted a position with Acxiom (ACXM: NASDAQ) as a senior software developer and led the development of one of the largest marketing database solutions used by Chase Bank. He has led numerous development initiatives involving over several hundred associates which resulted in significant financial success for Acxiom and his customers.
Mr. Womble graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Civil Engineering. Mr. Womble started his career with IBM and in 1973 accepted a position with Acxiom (ACXM: NASDAQ) as a software engineer. Mr. Womble is credited as a founder of Acxiom, building/transitioning a very small company into a billion dollar, a leading marketing services provider in the world. He led the Financial Services Division from less $3 million in revenue to over $450 million in less than 7 years. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for Acxiom for over 20 years.
