“Futbol” (or what is known as soccer in the US) is the most popular sport in the world, with an estimated 3.5 billion fans, but there is no US-based DFS platform that offers international and US soccer leagues like European Championships, Copa America, MLS, and national soccer leagues in countries like Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia and Chile.
There is an unmet demand for a DFS platform that is tailored to Latin American Culture. Superfanatico intends to meet it. We are a US company that is targeting a massive opportunity in the emerging Latin American market.
The Superfanatico team had a vision – To create a Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) site that makes it easy for Latin American sports fans to put together a team, where there’s more at stake than just the outcome of a game.
Superfanatico is the result. It is a DFS platform that is based on actual statistics and offers multiple game modes (one on one, leagues, and tournaments), while giving players the opportunity to play with people from all over the Americas. The platform even allows players to update their lineup at various points to increase their odds of winning.
Superfanatico provides an easy and entertaining way to follow real sports (and win real money) – in real time.
Currently, Superfanatico offers soccer and baseball. Our team is also in the process of adding the NBA, and we’re planning to add the the NFL and other popular sports in the future.
With Superfanatico, you are your own manager. You pick your players based on your budget (salary cap) and play against other managers (players) using real sports statistics.
Superfanatico was established in July 2015 and our team began beta testing in 2016. Since then, we have accomplished some incredible things.
Developed Website and App – We have developed a functioning website and apps for both iOS and Android. Our product is already on the market as a limited beta. We offered the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and the Spanish La Liga during the 2015-16 season. We also offered the Copa America Centenario and UEFA European Soccer Championships in June 2016.
Growing Number of Users – We currently have close to 200 users.
A Strategic Partnership – We are in advanced stages of securing strategic partnerships with various counterparts such as Esplota.com, Predictvia, Mari Montes (Twitter @porlagoma), among others.
