Code 3 Emergency Partners develops and manages Freestanding Emergency Centers and Urgent Care Centers. In addition to practice management for independent emergency physician groups, Code 3 Emergency Partners develops and manages new construction for Freestanding Emergency Centers. Our leadership has now successfully opened 3 FSECs and currently manages operations for 1 owned and managed facility in McKinney, TX in addition to practice management for 2 additional facilities in DFW. We currently have 4 projects under development. We are seeking equity investors in the Real Estate entities for our new facilities. We are raising approximately $1.2 Million per Real Estate Project.
Freestanding Emergency Center development. We are currently developing 4 FSED properties in Texas. The first Real Estate project cost is approximately $3.4 million. We are currently raising equity capital for the real estate portion only. All operating entities are fully funded my Emergency Physician partners at each facility.
