Before founding Raycore, Ryan was the Director of Business Development at Inovar, Inc., a $100M contract electronics manufacturer based in Logan, Utah. Ryan has over ten years of experience managing cross-functional teams with responsibility for electro-mechanical product design, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain management. Additionally, Ryan has a strong financial background gained from positions held at JBS Swift and Sinclair Oil. Ryan is a graduate of Utah State University, where he studied business management, public relations, and Mandarin Chinese.
Pam has over 26 years of experience in senior sales and sales leadership positions including a multitude of industries with domestic and international presence. Successes include:
• Completing a needs assessment and implementing a Sales Transformation project at Worthington Industries
• Developing a multi-tier sales curriculum across seven business groups and international sales operations for Parker Hannifin Corporation
• Designing a highly customized Business-to-Consumer consultative selling program deployed to 10,000 Nationwide Insurance agents and licensed staff implemented by Nationwide resources
• Designing and implementing an integrated strategic leadership development program for over 300 managers at Lincoln Electric Company
Pam’s educational background includes a BS in Information Science Engineering from The Ohio State University and certification to facilitate all MHI Global sales, customer experience and leadership solutions.
Eric is in his ninth year as a corporate controller at Icon Health & Fitness, a leading fitness equipment manufacturer with revenues approaching $1B. Eric is a CPA with five years of experience as an audit manager for Deloitte. Eric holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Illinois.
Seth is an accomplished product development leader, with over 17 years of experience leading engineering teams in the development of extremely complex products. Seth is a program team lead and section manager at Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to joining Raytheon, Seth worked for nine years at Motorola as a systems engineering manager. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from BYU, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Aaron is the production manager of Prismview, a Samsung Electronics company. Aaron has extensive experience managing the production of complex LED systems on a massive scale. Projects he has managed include the production of HD video displays for professional and collegiate sports venues. Aaron holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University.
Matt is the Manager of Organization Effectiveness at Parker Hannifin, a $13B global company serving heavy industry. Matt has extensive experience formulating and deploying successful business and marketing strategies in competitive and diverse worldwide markets, including mining. Matt holds a BA in Marketing from Utah State University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology, also from USU.
