    Charlie is a Professor of Physics, leader of a research group at the University of Pennsylvania, and is known internationally for his work in graphene electronics and carbon nanotube electronics. He was an NSF Graduate Research Fellow (Harvard) and a NRC Postdoctoral Research Fellow. Other honors include a Packard Foundation and Sloan Fellowship. Ryan holds an MS Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania where his research focused on nanoscale electronics and semiconductor device physics and a BS from University of Southern California.

Victoria earned a PhD in Neuroscience from UPenn School of Medicine, and BS and MS degrees in Bioengineering from UPenn.
