Our company has the unique opportunity to maximize a $15 Million investment to a return on investment of $72 Million to $96 Million per year. We have the capabilities and expertise with the investment to secure a yearly buy/sell contract of a $100 Million container vessel every 1 to 3 weeks for an entire year. The sale of each vessel would return between $3 Million and $4 Million per vessel. Our advisor Mr. Thomas C. O’Dell has extensive experience exercising these types of platforms. Our President Mr. Philip Herman has the experience in maximizing the $15 Million investment into a Stand By Letter of Credit for $100 Million that will stay in place for the entire year of buying and selling the oil contracts between the provider, the refinery and our company. The $15 Million investment will return 50% of all profits to the investor(s).
Thomas C. O’Dell
Thomas C. O’Dell has more than thirty five years of petroleum industry experience. In 1993, he retired from Conoco Inc. as Corporate Vice President, President of Conoco Overseas Oil Company and Chairman of Du Pont Services, B.V., the corporation’s international exploration project financing affiliate. Upon retirement from Conoco, Mr. O’Dell formed Carlton Energy Group, LLC. and the Carlton Energy group of companies to pursue energy sector investments worldwide. Among the numerous endeavors in the oil and gas industry Mr. O’Dell’s projects currently in progress include the acquisition and development of oil and gas exploration and production opportunities in West Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, as well as in the United States. Mr. O’Dell is also Chairman of JL Intercontinental Trading Company LLC, a company specializing in the purchase and sale of crude oil and refined products.
President Executive Officer
Mr. Herman has a law degree and more than thirty years experience on Wall Street. He was the Executive Vice President of Americorp Securities where he headed the investment banking department. He left that position to form a merchant banking group with the Bacardi family. During his tenure at the merchant banking firm he spearheaded several “roll ups” which included the telemarketing industry, flooring industry and the insulation industry. Some of the roll ups he took public to maximize value. He was the Chairman and President of CTA Industries where he tripled its size in four years and became the principal supplier for the acoustic and thermal insulation in the automotive industry. CTA supplies the insulation for the Ford Motor Company and divisions of General Motors and Chrysler.
