Mohamad’s story

Mohamad is a 29-year-old married man who lives in a rural area with his wife and two children who are still attending school. He is the main income provider in the family and he works very hard to provide the family with their daily needs. He opened a restaurant in his town in 2013 and he is very known in his town from his delicious falafel. All his customers are satisfied with his fresh food and good prices.

Today, he is looking to borrow a loan from Kiva partner Vitas s.a.l. to purchase a new fridge to conserve his food and cover the last installment of his children’s school fees. He said that this loan will surely help him to increase his income and ensure his kids get a good educational path.

This loan is special because:

It helps students pay tuition and school expenses.
