Ricky worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland in their finance department and M&A team for over 5 years prior to PledgeCents. His experience comes from finance, banking, accounting, and business operations.

    Andyshea received his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College with a major in Business Administration (focused on Marketing). He then went on to receive his Masters from the Conrad Hilton College for Hotel & Restaurant Management – University of Houston. Andy has had over 8 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry as well as 2 years of experience as a high school coach.


  • Andre is the CTO & Lead Developer at PledgeCents and attended Georgia Tech. He brings over 10 years of experience as an engineer and has worked with various startups (i.e. DeviantArt, Mailchimp, etc). Andre is a full-stack developer with a primary focus in PHP.

    Kevon received a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and completed the Entrepreneurship Program at the McGuire Center. He moved to Memphis to teach fifth grade math and science as a 2013 Teach For America Corps Member. Kevon’s experience comes from startup development as well as educational policy and practice.
