Mougnoussin Group’s story

Mougnoussin is a member of the group MOUGNOUSSIN. She is 41 years old, a Malian national, married, and mother of five children, aged 11 to 20, of whom one is in school.

She has turned to RMCR loans in order to have more profit, to expand her business, and to do better covering her children’s expenses. Raising livestock is her main work. In addition, she grows peanuts to support her husband in covering family expenses and paying for her child’s school costs. Her husband is a farmer and also helps her to care for her livestock.

For the future, she intends to be more independent and to request more loans from the microfinance institution, so as to expand her business and also to pay for the medicines for treating her animals.
