CONNECTING PEOPLE BETWEEN COWORKING SPACES
If you are not familiar with the term coworking, here is the Wikipedia definition for it: “Coworking is a style of work that involves a shared working environment, often an office, and independent activity.” It is believed that the first one was opened in 2005 by Brad Neuberg, he used “coworking” to describe a physical space which he originally called a “9 to 5 group”.
Today, 7,800 coworking spaces gathers more than half a million people. In 2018 a forecast predicts there will be 37,000 coworking spaces gathering more than 2,000,000 people.
At the core of every coworking space is its community, the professionals and companies that chose to work out of it to save costs and grow their business opportunities together.
With COWORKIES we facilitate the professional life of coworkers beyond their physical working space. Through it they can connect to a wider work environment, to offer and find work opportunities, share resources and stay informed about work-related topics.
