I have enlisted the help of 4 male neighbors who have committed to provide the labor after the materials have been procured.
The park will be named after Ms. Evelyn Stamps, a lifelong resident of the area who was a highly effective Probation Officer at Juvenile Court for 35 years. Ms. Stamps, as the current President of the AARP Local Chapter, is still bringing positive change to the North Memphis community.
