Smile London have successfully run three sites offering teeth-whitening services at competitive prices. Having tested the concept the founders, who are normally based at their clinic in Harley Street, want to roll out their pop-up service to multiple shopping centres out across the country

  • Teeth whitening like you get at the best dental clinics
  • Backed by the founder and his Harley Street practice
  • Procedures performed by qualified GDC dentists
  • Successfully ran 3 stores to date

Idea

We bring Harley Street to a shopping centre near you. Exclusively in premium centres, we create pop-up stores that trade for ~120 days before moving on to a new location, backed by our founder and his Harley Street practice. Teeth Whitening like you get at the best dental clinics, for a fraction of the price. Using proven methods, with qualified GDC insured and registered dentists in ‘Spa like’ stores.

We have run 3 stores to date, the first as a trial and proof of concept, if we build it will they come? The second in a busier location to test footfall, staffing and marketing principles. The 3rd launched in a Premium Mall, with a Radio advertising campaign using trained sales staff and free examinations as the draw to encourage customers into the stores.

Demand for cosmetic dentistry has grown strongly over the last 5 years, with Whitening/Bleaching’ being one of the most requested procedure in cosmetic dentistry, in fact a survey by AACD shows that bleaching has gone through the 300% growth barrier in the last 5 years. According to an NBC6 survey 96% of people said that an attractive smile is an important social asset and 74% of those said that an unattractive smile could hurt ones chances in personal or career success.
