We have transitioned our company as a major supplier of green technology and alternative energy solutions and our strategic partnerships with global leaders within the solar industry will be integral to our future success.
These solar cells are highly efficient solar cells with an isotropically etched surface:
All solar cells have silicon nitrate antireflection coatings deposited using plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition
All cells use silver fornt and back contact bars and full-surface aluminium back contacts with back-surface field
All cells are individually tested and grouped into more than 24 cell performance classes with ±2% test accuracy
All cells are individually checked for output, reverse current, cracks and appearance
Solar farm developments in US have federal and local state tax incentives and grants that a solar developer can benefits. , Zentric identifies this potential and partnered with more than 3 US local solar farm developer that have “shovel ready” projects in North Carolina, New Jersey and Saipan islands. The term “shovel ready” are solar farms that have receive all solar farm permits, 20+5 years lease holds agreements, engineering drawings, interconnections and power plant forward purchase agreements. These contracts range from 800KW to 20 MW and mostly found in North Carolina, US.
All solar power plant projects comes with 10-15 years Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) with a local or national power utilities company. These PPA commitment forms the off take of power generated by the solar power plants. The solar power plant generate Renewable Energy Credits (“REC”) that is sold to the power utilities company to meet their renewable energy commitments by 2021 from 12.5% to 20% from their total utilities energy produced.
These off take agreement by the power utilities company pay us between $0.08 to $0.12 per watt of electricity generated.
