AUTOMATE YOUR ENTIRE BACK OFFICE!  Track deals & customers, automate invoicing those customers, recognize & report revenue and manage your most important contracts, all in one place.

Back Office Automation is not exactly sexy but it’s a significant problem for today’s businesses.

99 percent of businesses manage their contracts, invoicing, revenue recognition, paying sales people commissions the old-fashioned way: there are no comprehensive solutions today.  Did you know many businesses waste literally tens of thousands of  hours each year doing this?

However accounting and finance processes are managed today, they are time consuming and costly. Think about it: the process used today is out of date.  There is a vast market opportunity to change the way things are done today.

Did we mention that, in just a few short years, all companies will be subject to new revenue recognition rules [ASC 606] that are so complex, many companies are going on a hiring spree just to get ready for them?  One part of the TrueRev solution is focused on ensuring companies can easily use current rules and future rules to correctly recognize revenue.  Problem solved!

TrueRev is designed to be extremely simple to use. With a guided, step-by-step approach, it can handle every aspect of back office function eliminating manual processes such as tracking contracts or invoices or revenue inside ever growing spreadsheets.

With TrueRev, you can manage deals, automate invoicing, recognize and report revenue, and use all that information-at-a-glance to accurately understand where your business has been and where it is headed.

We know day-to-day frustrations of a scattered and unorganized finance department. TrueRev was created by longtime accounting and finance executives who dealt with this pain firsthand at their numerous clients. That’s why TrueRev was created. There had to be a better way.  There are literally thousands of companies that will benefit.

Stop worrying about trying to understand FASB this or ASC that. With TrueRev, our easy-to-use question and answer guide will get you to the right revenue recognition answers without all the complicated revenue guidance. Now, everyone is an expert.

TrueRev automates invoicing with just a few clicks. Send all of your customer invoices with just the push of a button, and integrate that information with your accounting system. How much time would that save you?

Need a billing schedule? Deferred revenue by customer? Our reporting features help you solve the mysteries lurking in your spreadsheets.

No matter how your salespeople are paid, TrueRev can help you track the commission plan. Deals booked, cash collected, revenue recognized, or any other combination of variables. Plus, your sales team will get full transparency into their commissions (double win!).

No more hunting for that contract or rushing to find the most current version. Now, you can track all your sales contracts, see details at a glance, and include soft copies of contracts as attachments. Even search the entire database to pull anything up in seconds.

It’s a hassle to get data out of one product and into another, especially when those products are such a critical part of your workflow. That’s why we built TrueRev with seamless, robust integration with the things you already use.

We have lined up a number of customer commitments, including paid customers —there are a lot of eager finance people out there who need this solution!—and getting ready for an official beta release within the coming months.
