IVDiagnostics is a biotech company located in Indiana with focus on developing precision diagnostic tests for metastatic cancer. We have developed two ways to do this: in vitro and in vivo.

IVDiagnostics develops solutions for molecular diagnosis focused on CTCs (circulating tumor cells). Our mission is to become a leading provider of molecular diagnostics for blood borne diseases.
Clinicians need better tools to monitor and diagnose cancer patients. The paradigm of cancer care has not changed significantly in the past 30 years. Medical practice today still uses imaging systems to detect solid tumors but cannot view CTCs that are only 2um to 30 um in size. With Velox Cancer Assay we can specifically enumerate, monitor and diagnose these microscopic cells on a regular basis. With our IVDxTx platform we can accomplish this in vivo (inside the body) without taking blood samples.

Products / Services

IVDxTx

A unique in vivo platform that utilizes optical scanner through the skin of a patient to monitor, record and produce a real-time report for clinicians that tags cells with proprietary biomarkers, and reads tagged cells through an optical probe. The IVDxTx platform can scan approximately 20% of the blood in your body within 30 minutes. This platform can be used by oncologists, gynecologists, urologists as well as clinical researchers.

Velox Cancer Assay

The Velox Cancer Assay (cancer test) monitors the Circulating Tumor Cells in a small amount (20ml or less) of blood. We can also extract single CTCs from a patient’s blood sample to compare the biology of the captured cells with tissue from a solid tumor. This is a low cost, effective way to provide oncologists with a tool for determining the effectiveness of treatment.
