CLAY INDOOR SPORTS PLEX
MIDDLEBURG, FL 32068, US Entertainment
The business will be a combination of a gym and indoor sports facility. The gym will specialize in personal fitness including a weight room, specialized workouts and a rock climbing area. The gym and rock climbing will only be offered to members. The sports programs will consist of soccer, football, basketball and volleyball leagues and will be offered to all ages. There will also be a break area where visitors can get a snack or drink. Even though there are three facilities that offer the same sports, this would be the only fully indoor facility. This allows participants to enjoy watching or playing sports without having to worry about the Florida heat, thunderstorms, outside allergies or the darkness.

Sports programs and Personal Fitness
Clay Indoor Sports Plex will offer football, soccer, basketball and volleyball all indoors. We will also have weight, personal fitness classes and three rock climbing walls for members. We will also offer development classes for younger children. The location is in North East Florida, where the weather can cause many issues for outdoor activity. Some of these include temperatures including the heat index over 100 degrees, rainy season that causes the cancellation of games and practices multiple times during a season, darkness and for some kids they can not play because of allergies. We will also offer a break area where parents can get a drink/snack and hang out while the kids are playing. The parents will also not have to worry about sitting outside in the heat or rain while waiting on the kids to finish playing.
Management
President
Bill Frydrych
Bill Frydrych is 47 years old and the founder and president of CISP. I have a bachelors degree and over 20 years of experience in accounting and human resource. During high school and college I played soccer and track and have coached soccer locally for over 10 years developing many strong relationships with coaches, players and parents. I have lived with my family in the area for over 12 years and I am very familiar with the area and sports programs. This type of facility will need a strong accountant that can watch the revenue and expenses, especially during the start-up period. I have already found a general manager that has experience in working at a familiar facility and is willing to come to work at CISP. There are also coaches and players that have said that they want to play somewhere else and would be willing to move to another facility especially when it comes to weather issues.
