NEW YORK – Feb. 25, 2016 – Chairman David Drake of LDJ Capital announces the appointment of Neal Margo as the Managing Director for the LDJ Real Estate Group. Margo also leads the Phoenix Group LLC, a development and realty investment company. For the last 20 years, he has been responsible for the formation of combined real estate based investments worth more than $600 million at Phoenix Group LLC.

Margo has more than 20 years of experience in both the development and formation of residential communities and hospitality assets. He has comprehensive experience in site selection, performance measure analysis, construction administration, marketing and management of completed assets, along with debt and capital formation. With his extensive expertise in performance and risk analysis and knowledge of financing structures, Margo has established over $485 million in completed real estate investments.
