As a single mother, Kayah strove to provide for her children as best as she could. Unfortunately there is no life insurance or assets. The kids lost their father at a young age. And so, there is a HUGE financial need to help these parentless teenagers overcome the financial obstacles before them. If the community can dig deep and open their hearts and wallets we can make a profound difference in the lives of Caleb and River.
Memorial service funds are needed for the many expenses involved including cremation costs, ceremony funds and transportation expenses. Funds need be raised to help cover the up coming college years and to assist them into transitioning becoming productive assets to the community! There is a HUGE need still. Please continue to give as generously as you can and KNOW that 100% of this money is being set up into a trust for the two kids. A small group of us are working with Caleb to make sure that the funds are secure that they will be responsibly administered towards their most immediate needs as well as living expenses. A CPA who knew Kayah has come forward to help guide the funds into a solid investment plan for Caleb and River’s long term future.
Some people have contacted us to say the feel more comfortable to send a donation through the mail. Feel free to click “Contact Administrator” to communicate about a mail option or if you have any services you’d like to offer as well. So far a local attorney, a dentist, and an out of sate academic tutor offering online session have stepped forward to gift their services. The kids are VERY touched and are feeling the love and support from all of you loving and generous people (many of you whom are complete strangers)! If you cant find the contact button my email is emiliatuerack (insert the “at” symbol ) gmail.com
