I got my BS in information system and Master in marketing from UK. I worked in marketing positions for many years in many countries and many companies. Since 1914 my family is working in desserts. We really know how to satisfy a sweet tooth and how to share our fabulous recipes with our customers.

My dream is to establish a food chain with unique concept, authentic dishes and valuable experience.

Business Description

My business is a cafe with great concept and unique menu. It is a combination between Belgian chocolate and fresh fruits with traditional american and western dishes like French toast, crepes, waffle, pancake and smoothie.
We have no direct competitor as our concept is unique.

At fruit fondue, most dishes hinge on two contrasting flavors: the sweetness and tang of fresh fruit, and the velvety richness of chocolate. Belgian chocolate, to be exact.

I opened my cafe five months ago and I decided to start this project 14 month ago. I spent one year studying the market trying to figure up a new concept.

What is the purpose of this loan?

This loan will help me too much to survive my business and be more relax toward my commitments like establishment’ rent and utilities. it will help me to focus more on Must-Do’ s marketing activities.
