Lesley Barth’s First Full-Length Album!: releasing my first EP Good Like This

iCrowdNewswire - Nov 3, 2015

Lesley Barth’s First Full-Length Album!

I’m a songwriter and singer/pianist out of Queens (via Philly) and am releasing my first EPGood Like This next month.   I’m looking for support from you all to help me build a community of people I can take with me on this exciting journey of putting together my first full-length album!

It’s going to be a lot of fun.  I like to think of this whole crowdfunding experience as me driving by in a fun party boat – and I want you all to come onboard!   We’ve got wine, beer, shuffleboard, wasabi peas (people like these for some reason?), temporary tattoos (this one is actually true), and more.  In all seriousness, though, it’s going to be really good time for those who get involved.  I’ll have lots of videos before, during, and after the recording process to share with supporters and keep you involved in the making of the album.  In addition to some pretty flippin’ fantastic rewards which you can read about on the right.

As I mentioned, I’ve just come off of producing my very first EP.   It was and continues to be an amazing experience – from the writing, to the recording, mixing, mastering, and, now, the promotion of it.  It was a lot of work and I’m so grateful to have had such an amazing team of people working on it with me.  So amazing, in fact, that it’s created some good momentum that I want to keep up.

And that’s where you all come in!  I want to be a great deal more ambitious with the next album – in terms of production, arrangement, and promotion – and I will not be able to do it without your help!   The $7500 I’m looking to raise will support me in bringing my vision to life with this next batch of songs.

Support from you all would be transformative in this journey, because, well, journeys are a lot more fun with friends.

So come jump on the party boat (and, if we REALLY blow past my funding goal, I mean this literally!) and let’s make an album!
