Hello my name is Ellie,
I’m 20 years old and currently compete in the sport of show jumping. I have so much passion and love for the sport and I really just want to be the best I can, and hopefully one day represent England.
I have two horses of my own, one being my older horse jumping up to 1.20m, the other being my youngster that I am bringing on – one day he’s going to be a superstar. I am out competing most weekends and I train 5 days a week. I take my sport very seriously in how I look and behave and believe having a good bond with the horse is the key to success.
From much thought and consideration it has become apparent that for me to go any further I need a horse to take me to the next level, unfortunately they come at a price – this is why I need your help.
One day I would really like to be jumping and representing GB abroad and in the big classes in England such as The Queen Elizabeth Cup held at Hickstead Showground and Horse of the Year Show. From putting this information all together the answer is I need a new horse to take me to the next level and get me under the spotlight to prove my ability and open up many possibilities and opportunities.
The good news is I have found a horse that jumps 1.40m and is genuine enough to look after me around the bigger tracks, he also has a consistent record jumping 1.30-1.40m double clear nearly every time. He is currently owned by a South African rider, who jumped in the World Games, so he is coming from a trustworthy source.
This figure will cover the purchase of the horse along with having him vetted. Having him vetted is important to ensure he is in good health and fit for the purpose of show jumping. In addition to this, having the vetting certificate means I can insure him, which will cover any potential vet bills saving me money.
I’m young and ambitious with huge dreams (and a bit crazy). I work hard and put the time in. In addition to this the horse has a good track record so he clearly has the ability. You may say: ‘but what happens if something happens to him?’
Well having the vetting and insuring him means I am covered – that will cover any costs, plus I would get my money back if I was to lose him, so it will always be a good investment. I also have some amazing trainers one being a GB rider and some lovely facilities to train.
To anyone that does help fund my project to buy my dream horse I can offer advertisement if you have a business; I can wear branded items such as a saddle cloth with your logo or clothes.
I really would be truly grateful to you and would say thank you to you time over and over again. I really hope you do invest in me I am a good sportswoman and put in the time to achieve results.
Of course if I do receive the full amount and purchase this horse anyone can come and support me in my journey to success, I’m going to need all the support I can get!
I know this is a huge ask but it’s my dream and I am willing to do anything to live it! If you wanted to know any other information please do contact me: Harveygold_04@hotmail.co.uk
Thank you!
