Nobody has solved the problem of planning and coordinating travel for groups. Most companies have focused on solving the problem of finding and booking travel products for individuals or families. We solve the real problem: how to organise and manage a group in the real world that wants to do something together. Our platform supports discovery, decision-making, group messaging, supply-chain automation, rates management and payments.
Our revenue model combines commission based sales as well as net-rates where we buy at a set rate and resell (sometimes at 100% profit). In future we anticipate advertising and slotting fees whereby suppliers pay for better product placement or where we advertise products to our groups. In the longer term, we have identified SaaS revenues and subscriptions. The important part of the the model is that all our revenues are realised before costs so we enjoy strong flow and risk amelioration.
Groups have become an increasingly important facet of social networking companies . At present those “groups” exist in a virtual world, our tools and systems enable groups to plan and engage in the real world.
