We have many high quality craft beers that are and will be well received in the market place. Our priority is to maintain the highest quality in our beers.
Product and Services
As a retail and distribution brewery, the two initial beers to hit the market will be an Imperial India Pale Ale and a hoppy Blonde Ale . These beers will be released simultaneously. The descriptions of these two beers are as follows:
Imperial India Pale Ale: 8.2% ABV, 85 IBU, 6 SRM. Artfully crafted, very hop forward and light bodied American inspired India Pale Ale. This IIPA is made with loads of late addition hops that provides great aroma and is surprisingly easy on the palate for a 75 IBU beer. Although this ale is full of flavor with floral hop aroma, you won’t find the strong bitterness common to many high IBU American pale ales.
Blonde Ale: 4.9% ABV, 33 IBU, 3 SRM. This is an American Blonde Ale with a wonderfully light body and highlights of fruity, citrousy notes! What makes this beer special is how well-balanced and crushable it is. With the light alcohol content and refreshing flavor this is a beer that one can drink all day long.
Once we have doubled our monthly barrel capacity, by year two of operations, we will begin to release other ale styles for distribution. Our goal is to maintain a diverse craft beer portfolio. We will release new beers each year, along with seasonal beers, contracted recipes with local bars and restaurants who want to maintain naming rights to beers we brew for them.
We have several formulated and market tested recipes waiting for release once we have the capacity to brew them. We have designed the following recipes: Hefeweizen, Bohemian Pilsner, Pumpkin Ale, Various IPA’s, Porter, Stout, Sours, and barrel-aged ales. We will continuously spend the time to research and develop other styles and variations of current styles for production release.
The brewery tap room will sell all beers that we produce in the form of growlers for take home consumption and pints for on-site consumption. In addition the tap room will be used for tasting test batches to get customer feedback. The feedback will allow us to make adjustments for future batches to potentially one day add to our product line. We don’t plan for large production bottling/canning until we have grown enough to warrant it.
