WholeLife Companies is a real estate developer and operator of active adult luxury class A rental communities and was created around an innovative approach to addressing the issues of happiness, health, longevity and the preservation of wealth for today’s active adults. WholeLife has merged the latest designs, models and concepts from around the world into an intelligent community development program. The Company is developing luxury rental living communities integrating the concepts and practices of a healthy and enriching lifestyle into the creation of the community. The communities are designed to provide single-level, mid-rise and high-rise rental properties with the look of upscale homes and to offer a fitness center, pool, game room, concierge services and other community and personal services. Healthy living services, such as fitness evaluations, fitness instructors, wellness consultants, nutritionists, speakers and classes will also be available. The monthly rental fee is intended to include all the services and facilities.
WholeLife Companies Subsidiaries include Wholelife Development, Wholelife Management, Wholelife Properties & Wholelife Franchise Company.
WholeLife Development LLC is responsible for site selection, planning, design, entitlement and construction of projects either for WholeLife Properties, LLC or, under contract, to third parties.
WholeLife Management, LLC will provide both asset management and property management services for all the development and concierge WholeLife communities.
WholeLife Properties, LLC is the subsidiary of the Company that serves as the managing member of each of the project level single purpose limited liability companies created for each project.
WholeLife Franchising, serves as a franchising arm of the Company.
