In the 1970s North American jewelry production was sent overseas. Our jewelry factories and warehouses closed down suddenly and rapidly. So what happened to the remaining jewelry that was stored in warehouses during that time? I created Elle Fulton, to bring these lost jewels back to the public. I spent a year searching across North America to locate and buy thousands of pieces of never worn jewelry components from the past. Elle Fulton is a contemporary jewelry line made from rare vintage gems, charms and cabochons from the 1950s to 1980s.
