SkinGen International is a joint venture of two existing companies that have a mutual brand for Stretch Marks and Scars. The companies wish to raise working capital to fund the development of the business at a critical time in the growth of the brands. The most recent collaboration has been to develop and launch a Stretch mark and Scar range around the world.



    SkinGen provides, unique tested products for Stretch Marks and Scars. The products are all manufactured in the UK to the highest standards and have competitive advantages with other products in this market segment
    Scar Range: unique range of scar products that use clinically proven and tested silicone delivered in a unique manner to meet consumer demands. The International strategy for SilDerm is to sell the range at 20% below that of the market leader and emphasize the ease of delivery and range of products that are available
    Stretch Mark Range: The only clinically proven treatments for Stretch marks with a proven history of success in preventing and repairing Stretch Marks.


    Current products in this market are low price oils and creams that are sold on cost and brand awareness, or high price products with proven ingredients that are only sold to the top end consumer or through clinics. SilDerm and Scar MD have the effectiveness of the clinic based products, recommended by Healthcare Professionals, but at a price that is affordable to the mass market and can compete with the brand leaders.

    The current Directors of SkinGen have invested significant amounts of money over the last 4 years to ensure that the product range can be sold at an affordable price, while preserving the quality and effectiveness of the range.


    All goods are sold via distributors. A contract is agreed with a distributor and once registration is completed then the distributor is responsible for sales in their market. A support package is agreed before hand and the market is managed to ensure that they are maximising the opportunity.

    The success in a market depends mainly upon the ability of the distributor. The Directors of SkinGen have many years experience and work with well established distributors with a proven track record.


    Aime and SilDerm have agreed to assign their brands to SkinGen so that is is clean, transparent company with minimal overheads. The company will be run by a monthly management fee to the respective companies that will allow for all resources to be focussed on the growth of the brands in their relevant markets.

    All the Directors of SkinGen have experience of growing brands and selling them for a high return. This would be the planned exit for for all share holders.
